1 Definitions and Interpretation

11 Account Closure and Termination

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 678com will process any outstanding real-money balance via your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no pending investigation is underway.

678com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines, on reasonable grounds, that these Terms have been breached, that the account poses a fraud or money-laundering risk, or that continued operation of the account would be contrary to any applicable regulatory obligation.
